Professional senior care duties vary depending on the needs and requests of clients and families. Common home care duties may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Companionship and emotional support
• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Laundry and light housekeeping
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders

While SunSage always looks for experienced caregivers, prior experience is optional for most entry-level positions. Some locations may require special certifications, training, or experience to apply for certain caregiver positions.
